Trish Staine, 33, of Minnesota was training for an upcoming half marathon when she began to have back pain. She returned home from her run, took a hot shower and fell asleep. When she awoke the next morning she was still in pain and eventually called an ambulance.

Eventually the doctor discovered the source of Staine's pain.

"In the ER, they found a fetal heartbeat. I was like, no no no. There's no way I'm pregnant. But they rushed me up to the Birthing Center, and five minutes after I got into my room, she was born," she said.
