Carrie Underwood had a bad accident last November. The star fell while walking her dogs near her home. She had to get 40-50 stitches on her face and also had to get surgery for a broken wrist. She hibernated for a while after the incident, but on the TODAY Show this morning, the singer opened up about the debacle. She said it was just a freak accident.
