Yes, goat yoga is a thing and you can now do it in Chicago. Apparently, the practice was started by a woman in Oregon and it has really started to catch fire. She claims that goats being apart of a yoga class can help those with depression or anxiety and lots of other ailments. Don't judge, but I'm into yoga and I think I would try this. Here's the info:
