Check out some of the new food items the Chicago White Sox have added to their menu for the 2019 baseball season. The Eater Chicago has all the details:
Antique Tacohas taken over the stadium’s two taco stands on the main concourse. It’s part of a new batch of food offerings the team revealed on Wednesday in preparation for the 2019 season.
Besides those tacos, other menu highlights include hot alcoholic drinks. Boozy hot apple cider is spiked with Fireball and hot chocolate is mixed with Jim Beam whisky and Patrón tequila. Both come served in a souvenir mug. They are available at stands on the main concourse (100 level) and the 500 level on the upper deck.
Vegans also have a new option as the Sox will debut the Impossible Burger (it’s available with cheese for vegetarians). But that’s only available on the club level and in suites. Impossible crumbles are also used in an Asian appetizer combo with pan-fried pot sticker and a fried spring roll. It’s called the “Impossible Asian Appetizer Duo.” This item is exclusive to the suites.
The stadium will also be offering a few other items including several types of fries like sweet potato fries with Nutella on top. Yum! Which dish are you most excited for??
