Appearing on the Today show, Australian face yoga instructor Orna Binder said facial exercises can give a safe anti-ageing results a natural face lift.
The daily routine promises to help women appear more younger by smoothing wrinkles, firming jawlines and strengthening the facial muscles.
'It's the same way as people going to the gym to exercise and take classes. We've got 57 muscles in our face and neck and we need to work them,' she said.
