A very popular restaurant in Chicago has been named one of the top 50 restaurants in the world. Eater Chicago has the scoop:
Chicago’s Alinea, considered by many as the best restaurant in the city, was named No. 37 on this year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The ranking was released today from Singapore. The Lincoln Park restaurant, the only one in the city with a full three stars from Michelin, also dropped in the rankings last year. In 2018, Alinea ranked No. 34.
Alinea always makes these lists. It's super pricey so it'll have to remain on my bucket list for now.
