Kim Kardashian and Kanye Westâs marital issues will reportedly play out in the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
A new report from Page Six suggests the coupleâs crumbling marriage will be a major storyline in the last episodes of the E! show's series finale set to broadcast later this year. âThe Kardashians intend to go out with a bang,â an insider told the outlet earlier this week. âTheyâve filmed Kim discussing her marriage problems. But everybody involved is on a nondisclosure agreement, because the finale wonât screen until later in 2021.â
As yet, itâs unclear how much involvement West will have in the showâs final season. âHe understands Kimâs side has to spin that she is sick of him,â a source told the outlet. âIn reality, heâs been sick of being involved with [the] Kardashians for a long while. Especially her mother [Kris Jenner], who looms large in all big decisions she makes.â
Page Six was the first outlet to break the story of Kimyeâs seemingly imminent divorce, as the lovebirds and parents of four children have allegedly been experiencing ongoing marriage issues behind closed doors.
âThey are keeping it low-key but they are done. Kim has hired Laura Wasser and they are in settlement talks,â an insider said at the time of the reality star, who fueled talks of the pairâs impending divorce after appearing on Instagram without her wedding ring.
The insider added, âKim got Kanye to go up there [Wyoming] so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce. Sheâs done.â
For Westâs part, it was previously reported that the âStrongerâ rapper is âtalking to divorce lawyersâ about dissolving his marriage to his wife of nearly six years.
Although neither party has spoken publicly to the validity of the divorce speculations, various outlets reported that it was Westâs rant during his July 2020 presidential campaign rally that was Kardashianâs âfinal straw.â
