Seven Injured in Detroit Fire Truck Collision

This morning it was reported that a fire engine collided with a Lincoln Navigator on Detroit's east side. The incident occurred in the area of Dequindre & E. State Fair.

According to WXYZ News, "The driver of the Lincoln Navigator lost control and hit a pole after running into the fire truck. Fortunately, there were no major injuries." Video footage below:

Three firefighters and four civilians were taken to the hospital for treatment. All of them are expected to recover as they sustained minor injuries.

Detroit police are still investigating the situation as to determine who was at fault.
