Dog Reunited with Owner in Cleveland After 4 Years

Sam, the dog was reunited with his owner four years after he was reported as missing!

City Dogs Cleveland, a program of The City of Cleveland’s Division of Animal Care and Control (CACC), discovered Sam after he was dropped off at the kennel. A microchip scan revealed that Sam is actually from Georgia. City Dogs Cleveland was able to contact his owner, who drove 8 hours up from Georgia to Cleveland.
