Bazzi On His Success In 2018: I'll Never, Ever Forget This Year

There's no denying Bazzi had an incredible year. While chatting with Elvis Duran in the Mercedes-Benz Interview Lounge, the 21-year-old artist got the chance to reflect on all the wonderful things that happened in 2018.

"This year is kind of hard to look at and not be like 'your whole life changed.' You know what I'm saying? It was absolutely incredible," he said. I've spent my whole life working towards making music that created a community and connected people. That happened this year. I'll never, ever forget this year. It's impossible."

Bazzi even recalled a premonition-like dream his dad had about him playing Madison Square Garden. "He woke me up one morning and he was super excited," he said. "To this day, I don't think I've seen him so inspired and fulfilled. He told me that he had a dream, but back then he wouldn't call it a dream. He said it felt like a vision. He strongly envisioned me selling out Madison Square Garden."

Fast forward to 2018 and Bazzi's dad got to watch his son take the iconic stage at MSG during our iHeartRadio Jingle Ball. What a special moment for these two to share.
