Bruno Mars Replaces An Absent Cardi B On Tour

Roughly a year ago Cardi B burst onto the scene with her hit, "Bodak Yellow." Since then the Grammy-nominated rapper hasn't slowed down in the slightest with achievements, but I think she would agree that her greatest achievement came on July 11th when she welcomed her first child, a baby girl, to the world.

Kulture Kiari Cephus is the first child for both mother Cardi B and father Offset. Prior to giving birth, the plan for Cardi B was to be the opening act for Bruno Mars 24K Magic Tour. The tour kicks off September 7th in Denver, Colorado, but will not include its pre-planned opening act, Cardi B. Cardi announced her cancellation shortly after giving birth explaining on Twitter, "I think I underestimated this whole mommy thing."

With the tour right around the corner, Bruno Mars has officially announced who will be stepping on stage in place of Cardi B and it's one dynamic group of artists. Ciara, Ella Mai, Boyz II Men, The Green & Common Kings are all now scheduled to make appearances throughout Bruno's tour which will end the beginning of November in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Boyz II Men will help kick off the 24K Magic Tour for both nights in Denver. They will also make appearances in Philadelphia and at one of his four, Los Angeles stops.

If you're looking to see Ciara, she will hop on the tour in Toronto and play six consecutive shows through October 2nd. The shows in that time span will hit Toronto, Ontario, Boston, Massachusetts, and Newark, New Jersey.

If Minnesota, Michigan, Texas or California is where you will be seeing Bruno then expect to also see Charlie Wilson at those concerts.

English songwriter and performer, Ella Mai will get her turn on the big stage starting at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn before heading south to Nashville and then hopping off the tour in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
