Between her vocals and lyrics, Daya made it known that she wasn't another one of those cookie cutter artists and 'Safe' falls nothing short of that standard. The video depicts the 'Sit Still, Look Pretty' singer outgrowing the walls of her bedroom and other childhood "safe" spaces as she's growing older.
