From Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update to the hosting the Emmy's, Colin Jost & Michael Che have definitely brought an equal dose of poise and comedy to the opening monologue. You can expect the same energy from the mock newsroom bits here with subtle jabs and Republicans and Roseanne to self deprecating jokes about Netflix denying Colin's pitch for a show. They did an excellent job at setting the bar for night full of unexpected winners and actors with their own bits.
