Fan Changes Hailey Baldwin's Last Name On LA Billboard

You're not officially married to someone until your Los Angeles billboard reflects it right? Apparently, that's how things work for Hailey Baldwin. After recently changing her last name to Bieber on Instagram, fans have been losing their minds. One fan, however, didn't believe this was enough. Last night, someone climbed up a billbaord in LA just to tag "BIEBER" over "BALDWIN." And that's when you know it's real. Now that it's happened, my only question is, "Is anyone mad at this though?" I mean it is timely and culturally relevant. I'd say just let it rock. Check out the video of this artist making it happen.
