Musicians John Legend and Kanye West were pretty good friends...once upon a time at least. In a new interview on The Axe Files podcast, Legend revealed the reason the two aren't as close anymore.
PEOPLE.com reported, Kanye was "not happy about" John not standing behind him when he announced that he was running for president in the 2020 election.
"He was upset that I didn't support his run for presidency of the United States of America โ for understandable reasons," Legend said. "I wasn't alone in that, but, you know, he was not happy about that. And we really haven't been close since then."
