Born in LA and raised in the IE, Jaz grew up with a passion for music. She expressed herself through dance and cheer until graduating from Chino High in 2011. Once she started attending Cal State Fullerton as a communications major, that’s when she knew she wanted to use her outgoing personality and love for music to become a radio personality!

While attending college she was hired at one of LA’s most classic hip hop stations, 93.5 KDAY. Within a year she went from the promotions team, to becoming a morning show co-host, and then gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Jaz was on the morning show for three years and was blessed with the opportunity to interview some of hip hops biggest legends such as; Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Warren G, and so many more.

As a young Latina mom, Jaz wants to show other moms that your goals are still attainable and dreams do come true even after having kids. You can listen to her every Saturday night from 10pm-2am right here on 99.1 KGGI. She says it feels good to be home in the IE!
