Ariana Drops Out Of Grammy Performance, Tells All On Twitter

With just three days left before the 61st Grammy Awards, the Recording Academy took a hit today as Ariana Grande decided to pull out of her performance. initially it was reported by the Associated Press that Grammy producer Ken Ehrlich said Grande didn't have enough time to put something together but once that story broke, Ariana had something to say about that

i’ve kept my mouth shut but now you’re lying about me. i can pull together a performance over night and you know that, Ken. it was when my creativity & self expression was stifled by you, that i decided not to attend. i hope the show is exactly what you want it to be and more.

Grande went on to call out the producer on the fact that despite offering up several different songs to perform the politics of it all got in the way, ultimately causing her to bow out of the show. The 'Thank U, Next' singer is nominated for two Grammys but it seems they'll be accepted on her behalf at this point. Ariana Grande's new album Thank U, Next is set to drop at midnight EST.
