Katy Perry Heads To Court Over 'Dark Horse'

Katy Perry appeared in court earlier today after being sued back in 2014 for her 2013 hit 'Dark Horse'. Christian rapper, Flame, filed the lawsuit claiming his 2008 song 'Joyful Noise' is a "total rip-off" of his song. He further stated that the music video of 'Dark Horse' has ruined his career in the Christian music industry. When Flame originally released the song, via Youtube, it garnished 4 million views. Katy Perry testified today claiming she had never Flame's song. According to TMZ, she had first her the beat, produced by Dr. Luke, at his place and wrote the song in four hours.
