Two week ago, 5 Seconds Of Summer released their new album CALM. Not many knew the turn things would take shortly after its release. Due to a clerical distribution error, about 10,000 or so units were released prior to the official release date and didn't get counted in the Billboard 200 chart. The Weeknd, who also released his latest album After Hours, would go on to hit number 1 but not by 10k units. Here's where the 5sos army is ready for war. Apparently, when errors like this are made, Billboard makes sure to go in and adjust their count to accurately reflect units sold upon release. For whatever reason, however, Billboard has not adjusted the units for 5sos's new CALM album which has prompted the hashtags #BillboardSpeakUp and #BillboardCountThe10k No word from Billboard as to whether they will fix the issue or not has been released. But Ashton Irwin of 5sos has let the fans know they are being heard.
