This is probably one of the coolest positive outcomes to take place during the pandemic. Meet Jesse Katayama. He went to Peru from Japan around the time the pandemic hit. Due to lockdown he was stuck in Peru for 7-month but initially wanted to go to check out Machu Picchu. During his time in lockdown he taught boxing but ultimately still had his eyes set on his goal. Through working with the national Ministry of Culture, Katayama was able to not only visit Machu Picchu but got to walk through it alone. It's absolutely breaking taking already to do it yourself? I can't even imagine. The best I get is seeing a movie weeks into its release and stumbling into a theater with no one it in. Go this guy!
