New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has not been one to mess with during the pandemic. He's kept strict restrictions on the state and put out a myriad of campaigns throughout the year to urge NY residents to be safe. Well, back in July, Southampton disregarded all of that when they threw a concert with headlining act The Chainsmokers. Gov. Cuomo promised he would be taking action against the egregious act and today the news broke. The promoters, In the Know Experiences and Invisible Noise Productions have been fined $20,000 and on top of that, Southampton cannot approve permits for gatherings without state approval. Let them know we don't play when it comes to covid Cuomo!
