Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, Eli's Cheesecake is releasing a new green cheesecake that includes Green River soda:
Chicago bakery Eli’s Cheesecake has partnered with another Chicago staple, Green River Soda, for a new cheesecake flavor just in time for St. Patrick’s Day in March.
Eli’s Green River Cheesecake is a rich and creamy neon lime cheesecake, topped with lime gelee, baked on an all-butter shortbread cookie crust and made with real Green River soda flavoring. It comes in a 7” size that serves up to 12 people.
The St. Patrick’s Day cheesecake is available at Jewel-Osco and online at Eli’s website for order by Thursday, March 11, 8:00 am CST to arrive by St. Patrick’s Day.
