For the first time ever Farm Aid, a fundraiser for farmers, is coming to Virginia Beach!
The annual festival to raise funds to support family farmers and inspire people to choose family farm food is headed to Hampton Roads this fall.
Farm Aid will be held Saturday, September 26 at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. The lineup will include legends Willie Nelson and Neil Young along with John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, Margo Price, Nathaniel Rateliff, and many others.
Since 1985, Farm Aid, with the support of music artists, has raised more than $90 million to support programs that help farmers thrive, expand the reach of the Good Food Movement, take action to change the dominant system of industrial agriculture and promote food from family farms.
