Anderson Cooper WILL get his mom's fortune

When Anderson Cooper's mom, socialite and designer Gloria Vanderbilt, passed away last month, a lot of talk was about what would happen to her fortune, estimated to be worth more than 200 million dollars. Most assumed that Cooper would get most of the money. Then an old interview surfaced of Anderson talking to Howard Stern in which he claimed he didn't expect to inherit the money and didn't believe in inheriting money. He told Stern, My mom's made clear to me that there's no trust fund. There's none of that. I don't believe in inheriting money,"he said. "I think it’s an initiative sucker, I think it’s a curse. Who's inherited a lot of money that has gone on to do things in their life? From the time I was growing up, if I felt like there was some pot of gold waiting for me, I don't know if I would have been so motivated.

PAGE SIX is now reporting that Anderson's mom has left nearly everything to him, more than 200 million. Not that he needs it, Anderson makes a reported 12 million dollars a year and has a estimated net worth of more than 100 million dollars.

Either way, is it just me, or does Anderson seem like as really nice guy?
