The One Where "Friends" Leaves

Well, first it was The Office, now it seems as though FRIENDS will be leaving Netflix in 2020 to migrate to a new streaming service owned by WarnerMedia called HBO Max. Variety Reports that that it is set to launch in the spring of 2020 with 10,000 hours of content including Friends. You might remember not long ago, Netflix paid a TON of money to keep friends through the end of 2019...but that seems like it's the end of the friendship between Friends and Netflix. Variety also reports that The Fresh Prince of Bel Aire will be on HBO Max as well and could cost $16-17 dollars a month.

Netflix confirmed it in a tweet today.
