The Emmy Awards Nominations came out yesterday. Here are some of the largest categories and notable nominations!
Zendaya is the youngest woman ever nominated for producing, in addition to being the youngest two-time lead acting nominee ever. She also becomes the first Black woman to be nominated for acting and songwriting in the same year.
Zendaya and Labrinth have been nominated in ‘Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics’ for “I’m Tired” and “Elliot’s Song”.
Squid Game becomes the first non-English language series in HISTORY to be nominated.
Selena Gomez becomes the second Latina since Salma Hayek in 2007 to be nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series as a producer on "Only Murders In The Building".
Quinta Brunson makes HISTORY as the first Black woman to earn three same-year nominations in the Comedy categories.
