A new Whole Foods opening in Evergreen Park will be one of the first in Chicago to offer an avocado toast bar. Here's more:
The Evergreen Park location, though one of only four Whole Foods locations that are open south of the city center, will be the first among the 28 Whole Foods stores in the larger Chicago metro area to offer an avocado toast bar, an innovation Whole Foods has been rolling out in other cities...Along with an avocado bar, Whole Foods is bringing to Evergreen Park a product line-up that features scores of locally-sourced products, including natural and organic items and grab-and-go prepared foods.
Avocado toast is the best! I hope it will expand to other Whole Foods. Or maybe we'll eventually start seeing restaurants dedicated to avocado toast??
