Some Chicagoans were inspired by videos coming out of Italy showing neighbors belting out songs together. So some locals planned a city-wide sing-along to Jon Bon Jovi's 'Livin' on a Prayer' Saturday night. It even got back to Jon Bon Jovi and he had something say!
