Karamo also named Sam Smith, Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga, and Beyonce as his list favorites to listen to.
Karamo also shared mental health tips for all of us dealing with the reality of a pandemic. He gave the advice of taking it one day at a time and encouraged people to realize that everyone handles grief differently.
