Ricky Martin has been cleared of charges of sexual harassment and incest. According to reports, during today's court appearance the restraining order against Ricky Martin was dropped and his nephew withdrew his previous claims of their sexual relationship.
Martin said in a previous statement, "The person who made this claim is struggling with deep mental health challenges."
