That's what fans are speculating! We all know T-Swift loves to leave little hidden messages in her music videos which is exactly where this speculation is coming from.
Before the new video was even released though Taylor tweeted, “Oh and there’s a secret in the video I’ve been keeping for months – let’s see who can guess it.”
In the video, "Me!", which features Brendon Urie from Panic! At The Disco, Taylor is seen being proposed to from her bae (Brendon). Mix that scene in with her previous comment and you have millions assuming her actor boyfriend, Joe Alwyn is actually her fiance.
It wouldn't be too far fetched though seen as Taylor and Joe like to keep details about their relationship UBER private. Personally, I think the music video was more just to announce Swift has a new cat but an engagement would be equally as cool.
