Missouri Mega Vaccinations To Start This Week

As vaccines have been rolling out across the globe, the city of St. Louis is gearing up for their first mass vaccination clinics. Governor Mike Parson said, "The additional vaccine doses this mega vaccination site will provide to Region C will continue to alleviate some of the backlog that many local providers are currently facing due to the high demand for vaccines in the St. Louis area. While supply does not currently allow a vaccine for everyone who wants one and waitlists will continue, this event puts us one step closer to our goal of providing every Missourian the opportunity for a vaccine."

The latest “mega vaccination event” announced will be held on March 25th and 26th at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. It is estimated that up to 3,000 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be given each day. Other mass vaccination sites include:

  • Tomorrow, March 18th at St. Charles Family Arena from 9am to 7pm. (Pfizer vaccine)
  • Saturday March 20th at North County Rec. Center from 9am to 7pm. (Pfizer vaccine)

Please note that these sites are appointment only. To learn more please visit Missouri's COVID Vaccine website.
