Halsey is feeling the love after sharing their secret health diagnoses and new single and is opening up more about their likely lifelong conditions.

The "Bad At Love" singer took to their Instagram on Wednesday (June 5) to share a lengthy message to fans following their recent announcement that they had been going through a secret health battle that left them "lucky to be alive." The post includes scrapbook-style collages featuring lyrics from Halsey's recently-released song "The End" as well as photos of them playing various instruments.

"Thank you guys for the unbelievable amount of love for 'The End' and the support you've shown me since its release," they said. "I realize everyone is catching up with news I've held in for a very long time, and I wasn't sure how much I wanted to share. You've all been so kind so I want to share a bit more."

They continued, "In 2022, I was first diagnosed with Lupus SLE and then a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder. Both of which are currently being managed or in remission; and both of which I will likely have for the duration of my life."

Now, two years later, Halsey is feeling better, thanking doctors for helping the musician get their conditions "under control" while looking forward to what the future holds.

"After a rocky start, I slowly got everything under control with the help of amazing doctors," they said. "After 2 years, I'm feeling better and I'm more grateful than ever to have music to turn to. I can't wait to get back where I belong: With you all 🤍 Singing and screaming my heart out."

Halsey first revealed their secret health battle on Tuesday (June 4), giving fans a look into their life as they navigated pain and private hospital treatments and revealing that they channeled their emotions into their upcoming album, the first single of which, "The End," is available on iHeartRadio.com.
