1. Cam, you believe it?!

Remember when the Chicago Blackhawks lost Scott Darling last year to the Carolina Hurricanes? How ironic that the Carolina Hurricanes backup goalie, Cam Ward, is now coming to the Windy City. Ward, who was the starting goalie for Carolina for 13 seasons took a back seat to Darling last season. Despite being the "back-up" goalie, Cam actually started 42 games opposed to Scott's 40 games.

2. There's a new cubbie bear in town!

Chicago Cubs' second baseman, Javier Baez, welcomed his first child a baby boy into the world with fiance, Irmarie Márquez. The couple announced the sex of their soon-to-be child during a gender reveal party back in January.

A name has still yet to be revealed.

3. Peace out Cleveland!

LeBron James is officially leaving 'the Land' for beautiful sunny skies in Los Angeles. James signed a four-year, $154 million deal with the Lakers. Since the departure of Kobe Bryant, there has been a need for that leadership, "face of the franchise" role. A role that LeBron is very accustomed to fulfilling coming out of Cleveland.

The move has everyone talking from Snoop Dog to Lil' Wayne.
