Lance Mitchell is the Chief Executive Officer of Reynolds Consumer Products. Lance earned his B.S. degree in Business from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He began his career in sales and moved into marketing with Owens Corning Fiberglass Corporation. He moved into increasing roles of responsibility in management at Avery Dennison, BF Goodrich, the Geon Company, and PolyOne Corporation before serving as President of Alcoa Closure Systems beginning in 2005, becoming the CEO of Closure Systems International in 2008. In 2011, he joined Reynolds Consumer Products as CEO, where he leads a team of employees that are passionate about achieving their goals.
