Kimberly Eberl is CEO and Founder of Motion. With 20 years of marketing experience, Kimberly leads her growing team and diverse clients. She founded Motion in 2006 to be a full-service communications agency. Today, Motion’s core practices are Strategy, Public Relations (Earned Media), Digital Services and Creative.
Thirteen years later, Kimberly’s entrepreneurial-minded team represents brands in the healthcare, retail, consumer, non-profit and home/building space. Many of Motion’s clients have been with the agency for nearly 7-8 years under Kimberly’s leadership. Employee retention also remains high with Kimberly.
Prior to opening her firm, Kimberly worked at Ogilvy PR & Weber Shandwick on many marquee brands. She has a B.A. from Marquette University. Her track record also includes completing more than 112 races of various distances, seven of which were marathons. She’s a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the Publicity Club of Chicago and PR Council. She is also an advocate of the MS Society.
