Shannon Stewart, Executive Director & CEO, holds a bachelor’s degree and a master of social work degree, concentrating in community organizing and administration. She has worked in workforce development and related fields since 1992. She also holds a certificate in nonprofit management from Roosevelt University and serves as Vice President on the board of directors of the Chicago Jobs Council and Co-Chair of the Plan 2.0 Employment Task Force of Chicago’s Continuum of Care.
