If you think New York City is a crazy place, their subway system, commonly known as the MTA, is even crazier. From rats carrying full slices of pizza home to no one knowing how escalators work, you'll see a lot of things you wish you didn't. In the MTA's latest episode, yellow paint has outsmarted everyone. Seems like maintenance didn't choose to the best time to lay down a fresh coat as a good portion of Manhattan walked through during rush hour and tracked it all over the train cars. If anything, I'm more sympathetic towards the bottoms of everyone's shoes. Although this may seem like a huge screw up, this is very common as the MTA is poorly managed. Who knows what could happen down there next!
