Otherwise his birthday gift to Noah's dad is pretty awkward. Lil Xan gifted Billy Ray Cyrus a bong, weed and some rolling papers for his 57th brithday. I would stress over getting my girlfriend's father a gift but it looks like it was a no brainer for Xanarchy there. He even took to Instagram to post a pic of the two of them saying "Had to get dad a present ya dig!" For those saying Soundcloud rappers aren't going far, this one's about to become a Cyrus if he keeps this up.
