During Dua Lipa's first ever concert in Shanghai, authorities were brought through and aggressively dragged out fans for waving gay pride flags during the show Wednesday night. This didn't go unnoticed as Dua was seemingly in tears on stage. She goes on to stop the show just to express her feelings on the matter:
...but I want us all to dance, I want us all to sing I want us to have a really really good time. We're not playing for much longer, we've only got a few more songs. And i would like for these last few songs if we could really really enjoy ourselves, how about that?
Sad to see things like this as especially at a concert where Dua Lipa is clearly just trying to create a safe and fun environment for everyone.
