After sending inspectors into R. Kelly's Chicago studio, a Cook-County Judge ordered MAJOR restrictions. Although Kelly has denied ever living in the warehouse space (which is only zoned for commercial access), authorities found beds, clothes, a kitchen, bar and more among over 60 code violations (namely the stairs being a MAJOR safety hazard).
