TMZ is reporting that a 37 year-old man was caught trespassing at Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's home in Montecito, CA back on Christmas Eve. The man named Nickolas Brooks was not arrested and released with a warning.
Nickolas then returned to Harry & Meghan's estate AGAIN on December 26th. He was finally arrested this time. After further investigation, police reported that Nickolas drove all the way from his home in Ohio all to way to Cali. But at this time it is unsure as to what his intentions were with the former Duke & Duchess.
Brooks has been charged with misdemeanor trespassing.
