Showtime just debuted the first FULL trailer for their Dexter Revival over the weekend at Comic-Con @ Home. Dexter: New Blood will focus on what he's been up to since the show's ending in 2013 and the return of his "Dark Passenger". There is no official word on if any of the original characters will return, but I've read a few different articles that hint that Jennifer Carpenter (Deborah Morgan) and John Lithgow (Trinity Killer) may share some screen time with Michael C. Hall. The new 10 episode series was filmed in different parts of Central and Western Massachusetts and will officially air on Showtime, beginning November 7th at 9pm.
I was a huge fan of the series and like everyone else, was very disappointed with the season 8 ending. I've actually been binge-watching the show in it's entirety in preparation of the revival (lol).
