Bill Murray and his brothers are opening a Murray Bros. Caddyshack restaurant at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rosemont. They’re planning its debut for sometime in December.
The restaurant and bar, named and themed after Murray’s iconic golf movie Caddyshack, debuted its initial location in St. Augustine, Fla. in 2001. It serves an array of bar food such as “crispy potato golf balls,” and drinks from a golf-themed menu. There are a few Chicago nods on the menu in Florida, including a Chicago-style hot dog and Italian beef.
