It's Official: ABC Is Bringing Back "Roseanne" Without Roseanne

ABC will revive a similar sitcom to “Roseanne,” but without its original star, Roseanne Barr.

The network says the show's working title is "The Conners" and it will be in the Tuesday night, 8 PM slot.. ABC says Tom Werner, of production company Carsey-Werner, reached a settlement with Barr,  and she'll have no financial or creative stake in the new sitcom.

All the other actors from the smash hit reboot are coming back. The show was TV's highest rated sitcom in over three years after its premiere in March, but ABC pulled the plug after Barr's racist tweet aimed at former Obama aide, Valerie Jarrett.  Roseanne apologized hours later.

The only remaining loose end appears to be how Roseanne will be written out of the show ... something we asked former executive producer, Whitney Cummings about a couple weeks ago.

Demi Lovato Reveals She Relapsed In New Song ‘Sober’

Demi Lovato has relapsed after 6 years of sobriety, based on the lyrics in her new single “Sober.”

She dropped the track yesterday and sings, “Momma I'm so sorry. I'm not sober anymore. And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor. To the ones who never left me, we've been down this road before. I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore.”

Demi also seems to apologize to fans in the song, with the lyrics, "I wanna be a role model, but I'm only human." She also assures her fans there's no quit in her, and she will seek the help she needs.

It is possible that she’s singing about a past time in her life.

You Don't Need to Go to a State Fair to Get Deep Fried Oreos Anymore

If you've been to a state fair, you've come face-to-face with deep fried Oreos.

Well . . . you don't need to go to a state fair to get 'em anymore.  Remember a few years ago, when Hostess started selling deep fried Twinkies in the freezer section at grocery stores?

Oreo's "State Fair Cookies" are coming soon to Walmarts.  And they come in two versions:  With a vanilla covering, or a chocolate covering.  You heat them up in the microwave, so we don't know that they'll be as good as the real thing . . . but hey it's worth a shot.
