Ed Sheeran has another copyright infringement lawsuit to add to the pile.
In the latest case, Ed is accused of ripping off Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On," which Gaye wrote with Edward Townsend in 1973.
Structured Asset Sales, which claims to have purchased one-third of the rights to the song upon Townsend's 2003 death, says baseicaly everything in "Let's Get It On" are mirrored in Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud.”
The company is seeking $100 million.
Sheeran was also sued this year for copyright infringement relating to a song he wrote for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
