'Venom' Sets Record To Take Top Spot At The Movies

“Venom” is the new number one movie in the country setting a box office record in the process.  

The movie about the anti-hero took in an October box-office record $80 million to open in first place. 

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s “A Star Is Born” opened in second with $41.3 million while “Smallfoot” fell a spot to third with $14.9 million.
