Growing up in Chicago around the North Shore area, I would drive to New Trier High School every day listening to the radio. While attending New Trier, I had a radio show all four years and eventually went on to become Program Director of the station. I later graduated from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism with a degree in broadcasting. It is at Northwestern where I really discovered my passion for entertainment news as I was head of the Arts and Entertainment division of Northwestern’s television station, the Northwestern News Network. My sophomore year in college I started as an intern in the promotions department at a Chicago radio station and worked my way up to morning show host. In spring of 2018, I started at KISS FM. During my last 18 years as an entertainment reporter, I have had the opportunity to meet many celebrities ranging from Jennifer Lopez to Justin Bieber, Angelina Jolie to Michael Jordan. I often travel to Los Angeles to cover The Grammys, movie premieres, the American Music Awards and lots more.

I’ve also contributed my entertainment scoops to CBS, ABC, FOX, NBC, WCIU and WTTW.

In October 2021 I married my husband Mike who is an officer in the Navy. Then in June of 2022 we welcomed our sweet and beautiful daughter Olivia.

When I’m not covering the entertainment beat or keeping busy with mom duties you can probably find me taking a walk, baking some healthy recipes, reading or watching some of my favorite tv shows (pretty much any reality show, The Bachelor, This Is Us and lots more). I also love beach volleyball in the summer.
