So, which restaurant stands out the most in Illinois? Love Food recommends The Churro Waffle, located in Chicago. Here’s why it’s the best:
“This joint's signature Churro Waffle, drizzled in caramel sauce, topped with sea salt caramel ice cream and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, sounds pretty good. But we bet you won't find a better Chorizo Waffle (with chorizo, onion, coriander, jalapeños, eggs any style and tomatillo sauce) or Oreo Waffle (with Oreo crumbles, caramel sauce and cookies ‘n’ cream ice cream) anywhere else either.”
