Weeks ago, the internet blew up to find out that despite two documentaries being released on the ill-fate Fyre Festival, Ja Rule still went forward with the ICONN app which basically runs the same function the Fyre app would've. TMZ caught up with Ja Rule and posed the question "would you throw another Fyre Festival?" The sane answer should've been "**** no!" but of course it's Ja Rule so that wasn't the case. Apparently he is planning an ICONN festival with his new talent booking app but we "didn't hear it from him." Looks like Netflix and Hulu might be turning a documentary into a series.
